Leavenworth Village Voices is a nonprofit community choir founded in 1982. Our members have a passion for singing, sharing the joy of music, and contributing to Leavenworth's Bavarian theme and festive atmosphere. Our mission is to enrich our community and the visitor experience by promoting choral music and traditional Bavarian songs, while providing an opportunity for locals to sing in a professionally-directed chorus.

Dressed in traditional black and red Trachten (attire), our choir focuses on performing during the Christmas season, starting with Christkindlmarkt just after Thanksgiving. If you are in Leavenworth to have that quintessential Christmas experience, you shouldn't miss our annual "Christmas in the Mountains" concert series, which will put you right in the Christmas spirit! Our tradition is to close each concert with a rousing sing-along of "Hallelujah!" from Handel's "Messiah." You may also see us spreading Christmas cheer by performing in the Gazebo and caroling in small groups downtown during Christmas Lighting Festival weekends.

Visit our Events page for concert and performance dates. Tickets for our "Christmas in the Mountains" concert series may be purchased at the door or in advance at the Leavenworth Chamber of Commerce by calling 509-548-5807.
